Party

We had a late birthdayparty at the local indoor bath, with waterslides, watercanon, wavemachines and trampolines… Seven nine year old boys. We got them all back safely. The things you do just to make them happy for two hours!

Translation:

The mom: “And you know who else is coming!? MAT-TINA (a famous chef in Sweden). After we had her fantastic Glace Au Four we´re gonna go with a HOT AIR BALLOON!!”

The children: “Dont we get a fishingpond mom?” (A classic theme in Sweden where you get to “fish” your candy from behind a curtain) “Dont we get any hotdogs?” “I dont want to go with a hot airballoon.”

But different animals. Let´s see how many I can come up with…

Our Seventyhouse!

For those who missed the news: We have bought a new house. It feels kind of strange since we haven´t been there for a long time now. So I drew this from my memory. But you know how your brain can fool you, maybe we have bought a ramshackle building… Where the arrow is, there´s my new office! This is the back of the house.

 

 

Sweet Saturday!

Something sweet for Saturday. “Chokladbollar”! A classic swedish cake made with chocolatpowder, butter, sugar, oatmeal and coffee. Mmmm.

Bokmärken

Fått mina fina bokmärken från Illustratörcentrum! Så här blev dom. Jag är nöjd.

Är inte kompis med min lilla poster som ska komma snart. Är det inte meningen att det ska bli någon? Har svårt att välja motiv, och har jag valt så är det något som blir fel på vägen. Senast upptäckte jag ett streck på provutskriften som inte skulle vara där. Så är jag i mitt dilemma igen, ska jag inte ta ett annat motiv? Har ni några förslag?

En fundering till jag har är att blogga på engelska istället… så bli inte oroliga om det plötsligt inte står på modersmålet längre!!
